RETURN + EXCHANGE
Return + Exchange Policy
All lightly used purchases made through wayofwill.com are valid for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the date you receive your purchase. Please email email@example.com to coordinate your return. Once we receive the merchandise, we inspect it to see if you qualify for a return. Products must have at least 80% of the product remaining. You will be responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your refund and exchange package with a tracking number. WILL is not responsible for any lost returns.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your information and intended action before you return your package. Please note that merchandise returned to our office without contacting us first will be denied.
Damaged or Missing Products
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you receive a damaged product or are missing any items in your package. We will replace or ship any damaged or missing items at our expense.
