Do you have any advice for our Way of Will Community?
When it comes to working out it's really important to focus on recovery, and making sure your body heals in between workouts. It's important to let your body heal to ensure you're really maximizing your workout every time. I have a couple of tips:
Take a magnesium supplement - Magnesium is responsible for over 300 different enzymatic functions in your body. So magnesium can really help post-workout.
Take collagen - Collagen is a really important building block in our body for our joints & muscles, it's also a great source of protein. It's a tasteless powder that you can throw into your coffee or smoothie, so it's really easy to take.
Sleep! - Making sure you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep to make sure your body can rest and heal and is ready for your next workout.
