Our Favorite Essential Oil Stress Relief Blend

If you’re curious about what essential oils to mix for stress relief to use in your diffuser, we have a favourite recipe to share with you. This one in particularly is great for when you’ve come home from work or need to get a few chores done.



We’re using an Ona Nebulizing Diffuser so there’s not water required here, but be sure to use your own diffuser to the manufacturer's instructions.

Atlas Cedarwood has a warm soft woody aroma and can help with anxiety and stress, reducing tension, and can ease physical exhaustion. Frankincense clears negative energy, and relieves mental fatigue. Sweet Orange has a bright, cheerful citrus scent that brings positive energy and can combat depression, tension and stress. Lemongrass has a calming effect and helps with both mental and physical exhaustion. Try it out for yourself with some essential oils from us here at Way of Will.


Ona Nebulizing Diffuser

5 drops Atla Cedarwood Essential Oil

5 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

5 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil

2 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil
