Pulling focus on all that you need to do in a day can require a little help sometimes. We have a simple recipe for a blend of essential oils to use in your diffuser at home or at your desk the help bring it all together.

For this blend we’re using our rosemary essential oil to harness its stimulating powers that help decrease mental fatigue, and increased concentration and focus. We’ve added spearmint to add its spicy, herbaceous, minty elements. It’s excellent for relieving fatigue, headaches and nervous strain. Lemon adds it’s light fresh and citrus scent to uplift and stimulate, reducing tension and aiding in focus.

7 drops Rosemary Essential Oil

4 drops Spearmint Essential Oil

4 drops Lemon Essential Oil

The diffuser we use doesn’t require water, but this will vary depending on the type of diffuser you choose to use.  Add our essential oil recipe to your diffuser according to the manufacturer's instructions. Put this on the next time while you’re reading, or need to get done to a work session.
